In case of theft, a police report is required!


Without the carefree package, a deductible is payable in case of theft as follows:

  • € 3500.- for E-Fully
  • € 3000.- for Enduro Bikes
  • € 2500.- for E-Mountainbike


The deductible for crash damage is calculated depending on the effort, but:

  • maximum € 500.-
